hi guys,

is it possible to have one user to have ten place listings and later on…
assign one of those to a new user – so that becomes seperate place listing in its own right?

for example, Sales Rep assigns new accounts and in future…
individual business take control of place listing.

Just thinking, if i had more than one Sales Rep… could already do it with one at moment (me/ admin)

is this possible?

Hi,

you can use the claim listing add-on for that, or you can manually assign a listing to a new user.

The second one is a bit tricky, because you first need to change the user role to author momentarily.

Then you can edit the listing from the back end and at the bottom of the page assign the new user as new listing owner in the “author” section. (if not visible it needs to be enable in screen options – top right corner of the edit screen).

Once the change is done you can change the role back to subscriber. (all this can only be done by an admin)
