Author of Listing does not see edit options

Hello!

I have set up a site at:
https://wolocal.rmtnnuj8-liquidwebsites.com/wedding-officiants/united-states/maryland/baltimore/officiants/test-1/

However, when logging in as the user who is author of this post, we do not see a way to edit the post. See attached screenshots.

I can send password so this can be reviewed.
