Author Page, add additional link?

When Author sees his listed places, there are several links to right.

The edit above goes to something like http://mysite.com/addlisting/?pid=3333

I would like to add ANOTHER Edit (probably different name!) — one that will go to http://mysite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3333&action=edit

This will take author (our Authors are ONLY backend admins) to the same spot you’d reach off WordPress…
Places … Listing … then the edit place that’s 3333 (whatever!)

Can you tell me if there’s a hook for this?
Or, if not, what template I need to play with?

The reason: Editing in the WordPress Places will give access to adding pictures or fixing is_featured etc. The built-in edit link does not.
