    Hello,

    One of my registered user cannot see her author page with place listing that she added. Her author page is blank.
    I noticed that she subscribed only with her email id. She didn’t have name associated (unlike everyone else).

    How can I arrange that ?

    Your registration process does not require the username to be added.
    I’ll get a developer to have a closer look for you, the username field should be a required field.

    Kiran, the problem is that you are allowed to register without entering a username. The username field is not set as a required field.

    I will let Kiran update your site, you will indeed need to add usernames for existing users.
    With the Claim Listings addon, your users can be linked from their listings to their author page: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/claim-listings/
