author user name under footer

    I have realized lately that somehow there is a narrow line under my footer that reveals the author user name of any page on my site.

    I can see that it is there under the body tag in Chrome developer tools but I don’t know where it is inserted from.

    Can you please help figure out how I can remove this field.

    I get this on any page I open for myschooladvisor.com.au in Chrome and Safari; on iPhone, iPad and desktop and whether I am logged in or not.

    Scroll right down and a grey line will appear under the footer where the user name is displayed.

    It has code from something like “at-share-doc”
    Try disabling that.

    Ok, I have disabled the social sharing app (from CloudFlare) that added the share-doc. I have cleared cache with swift and cleared from CF too for good measure and the line is still there.

    I can confirm in Chrome that share-doc is not loading anymore.

    Could it be a GD V 2 issue? I have tried disabling several plugins with no result.

    Please share WP Admin and FTP details so we can dig a little deeper. The markup around the entry is gone now, but I can still see it for sure.

    It is created by your Header Footer Code Manager plugin.
