Auto Renew Listing

    Hi,

    Could you please advise how a clients listing can be auto-renewed through paypal until such time as they decide to cancel their listing. My client does not want to have to renew monthly.

    You can set the price package to recurring, see image

    Hi,
    I have done that – please see attached, yet there is a requirement for the client to manually renew otherwise the listing goes to draft status.

    That should not be the case …
    Did you change the price package settings after the listing was created?
    Did the user cancel the agreement at PayPal?
    Is the correct price package assigned to the listing?

    – No I didn’t
    Did the user cancel the agreement at PayPal?
    – no they didn’t
    Is the correct price package assigned to the listing?
    – yes it is

    Did she have to renew in the past? Did she have sufficient funds on her paypal account or credit card attached?

    Did you check your Paypal (or Stripe) IPN to check for failed transactions or errors?

    Please provide a link (inlcuding 1 for the listing that is supposed to auto renew) and admin credentials and we will follow up.
