auto-renewal / cancellation issues

    From my client – please advise :


    This client’s auto-renewal has just been paid for 30 days… but as it is seasonal, she cancelled the autorenewal with PayPal (after she was charged for the next month) so she wouldn’t get charged for the next month (from 26 March). However, it’s actually cancelled the listing from now… but really, it should still cover the whole month she has paid for, regardless of when she cancels it in the month prior?
