Auto Renewal Did Not Work

    After spending lots of time and more than $700 advertising my site, listings are finally coming in.

    I offer two listing plans with recurring payments:

    1. Yearly with 1-year free trial
    2. Monthly with 30-day free trial

    Now free trial has ended for some listings but paid auto-renewal didn’t work although invoice shows paid. Instead the listing went to “draft” status after the trial period although it is set to publish.

    Is this a bug? I hope not.

    Please see screenshot. Am I doing something wrong?
