Auto update failing.

    When I update the plugins, I get the following error:

    An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Claim Manager: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory>Auto Updates and that your membership is active. Internal Server Error

    My password settings are fine, I can login here manually without problems, and I check the db it has the same password.

    Hi,

    We found something that can randomly prevent auto update from working correctly.

    Would you please provide URL and wp admin credentials? We will check if applying the fix will solve your problem too.

    ok your server seems to be failing to download the files properly, i can’t did any further without FTP details, and i will have to edit core wp files for testing.
