Auto Updates not working

    Hi guys,
    as seen here my auto updates aren’t working.

    At the time I asked 1and1 whether they knew what was going on or could provide any insight but they weren’t very helpful and i didn’t exactly know what questions to ask… (they did however say they couldn’t see anything wrong..)

    Due to the new changes to the downloads page etc I can’t see version numbers/dates so i can’t manually check which ones i need to update which has now left me in quite a predicament!

    Any ideas or help resolving this issue would be appreciated, thanks

    Hi @stiofan I have updated the advanced search addon and tried to update the license, however it says that i need to renew or contact support, I have a valid subscription.. 🙂

    Hi UF,

    Basically your server is unable to connect with our server, so one of them must be blocking the other somehow. I added and commented out a little test script in your theme 404.php file if you want to test, just uncomment it and go to any 404 page on ur site.

    According to our server guy your ip is not blocked, can you ask your server people and ask them to do some testing on our url or IP.

    Hi @stiofan I have been unable to resolve this issue, ive made various calls to 1and1 and they’ve confirmed they aren’t blocking your url either and to contact you..!

    Any ideas?
