Have you entered your info under GD>auto updates?

Try updating from Dashboard>updates, it should tell you what is going wrong.

Yes all details filled in, here is the result where it just stays like this for ever and then clicking back on updates it hasn’t updated at all,

The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

    Enabling Maintenance mode…
Updating Plugin GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters (1/1)

I have a multisite installation is it any different?

That should not be a problem, please provide wp-admin credentials and i’ll take a look.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

for auto-updates to work on multisite install, you must activate GeoDirectory on the main website, enter your username and licence key in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates and save.

At that point you can even deactivate GD on the main website, because you will have the credentials needed to update, saved in your database in the correct location.

Adding the credentials in a subsite will not allow updates to work.

Hope this helps, let us know how you went.

    Thanks
