autocomplete address field not working

    The autocomplete address field stopped working all of a sudden. How does it get fixed?

    the advance search add-on is deactivated on your website. It must be active to work.

    I activated the add-on with the license code and still not working. Can you please activate the advance search add-on on the website or tell me where to find it? Thanks
