    Hi,

I’ve installed the “Ayecode Connect” plugin on my site https://sso.sg and have made numerous attempts to install GD v2 and keep getting the following message:

    Automatic connection not possible.
To install AyeCode Connect manually simply go to Plugins > Add New, and search for “AyeCode Connect”

Is this install process still in BETA mode and possibly not working? What are your recommendations to get this to work?

    Thank you,
    Robert

At what stage are u seeing that issue? I see you have a coming soon page which will likely block it.

    Hi Stiofan,

The site has been up for several years. WordPress has been installed and several other themes (Woocommerce) and plugins already installed. I’m now going thru to delete all plugins to see if that was the cause.

Here is the Coming Soon plugin https://www.seedprod.com/ being used. I’ll deactivate it and see if that allows the Automatic Install.

So I deactivated the Coming Soon plugin and reattempted to do the Auto-Install and am still getting the same message:

    Automatic connection not possible.
To install AyeCode Connect manually simply go to Plugins > Add New, and search for “AyeCode Connect”

Think I’m going to just delete all themes and plugins and start with a fresh new install and see if that works.

    Hi,

So I ended up deleting the cPanel then doing a complete new reinstall on the server and was able to connect sso.sg after installing the AyeCode Connect plugin just now.

What I’m not seeing is where any of the GD themes or plugins got installed. Do they need to also be manually installed after connecting or should the AyeCode Connect process install the themes and plugins automatically…? Please clarify how this is supposed to work.

    Thank you,
    Robert

    Hi Robert,

Once connected you should be able to visit the GeoDirectory > Extensions page, from there you can install anything with one click.
