Automatic Group Creation Option For Listing?

    Hi guys. I want to add a General Discussion per listing, and am looking to use the BuddyPress groups to do it. I came across this:

    However my coding skills are out of date, and were beginner at best.. I’m not sure how to create this “hook”. Is it possible to get a little guidance on how to make this happen?
