I would like to automatically fill the Title field with the Address field contents when adding listing/Place. I have seen this https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/autofill-category/ but I am not friend with jQuery 🙁

    Thanks

    Hi Martin,

There is a lot of factors to consider when doing this, it depends on what addons you have installed and what part of the address u want, and you have to know this will be used as the slug for the url also. Its not the simplest thing to do.

    Hi Stiofan

My idea is something like this https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/places-autocomplete-addressform just instead of Address Form is Place Title in add listing.

Part of the address I want: Street address, City, State, Country

    My addons:

    GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters
    GeoDirectory Ajax Duplicate Alert
    GeoDirectory BuddyPress Integration
    Select GeoDirectory Custom Google Maps
    GeoDirectory Custom Google Maps
    GeoDirectory Location Manager
    GeoDirectory Review Rating Manager

I know it’s not easy and it will not be free.

    Hi Martin,

We don’t do customisations we concentrate all out efforts on improving our products for everyone. It might be best if you hire a dev to do this, it is not a big task.

    Thanks,
