    Hi, I want to use MaxCDN. I have 3 questions:
    1) Is using GDBooster the only way to use MaxCDN to integrate with GD?
    2) If I activate GDBooster, do I need to deactivate Autoptimize? (obviously WP Super cache will need to be removed?)
    3) Do you have any docs about CDN suggested configuration?
