autorenewals expiring ….

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

Wish I didn’t have to trouble you during this period however it is unavoidable :-p

My client has some autorenewal pacakges and it appears that although the paypal renewals ARE going through, the listings are not staying active and are saying they are expired.

The client is currently having to check them manually daily to ensure their listing clients remain happy.

Apparently although the paypal payment is taking $$ out, there is no record of payment in GeoDirectory and listing is becoming expired.

Please advise assistance, likely causes, things to look at, and also where in the code this functionality lies so I can have a further gander myself to supplement your advice.
