Avada compatibility with geodirectory plugin

    I installed the template avada on a wordpress version 3.9.1. I have to use the plugin geodirectory (https://wpgeodirectory.com/) and I’m testing its compatibility with avada. The following page http://onesahost.it/test/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place, after the sign up, contain the error in the right sidebar. How can I fix it?

    Wait for a compatible version of GD – it is being updated to be more compatible with themes, will have to wait to see what this means?

    When you’re ready for the next update?
    We have decided to buy some of yours adds on, but we want to check if the plugin is compatible with avada template.

    Just an FYI, I’ve been using the Geodirectory plugin with our AVADA theme for about 3 weeks and have found no issues at this point.

    Great to hear about the Child theme.

    Sure would like to know if there are any known issues that we just haven’t come across yet.

    Is the child theme compatible now? If it is- how do I “replace” the Avada Child Theme with the GEOdirectory child theme? I have everything downloaded & ready but I am a mid-newbie 🙂

    Can you tell me if we should be posting all Avada related issues in this thread?

    Here’s another:
    It looks like the z-index of the map needs to be adjusted for full size map when viewing from a listing detail page. The 2 screen shots show before and after clicking to show full size.

    I was almost ready to purchase this plugin until I saw the problems with the Avada theme. (I use that one)

    Once this plugin becomes fully compatible with Avada I shall return 🙂
