Avatar not displaying correctly

    Hello i am using GDF Theme with buppypress integration, multi reviews and jetpack, not sure where the problem lies but i have a problem with the avatars.

    1. avatars display correctly in backend and geodirectory reviews but not in standard frontend wordpress posts where it displays the gravatar logo. (see images)

    2. when i post a review and click submit it returns page not found but after navigating back to the post the review is successfully submited. the redirect premalink seems broken here.
    eg. of a broken link – http://poi-australia.com.au/points-of-interest/australia/new-south-wales/twelve-mile-creek/twelve-mile-hill-rest-area-twelve-mile-creek-nsw/comment-page-1/#comment-41
