Banner on category page

    Hi,

    I am designing an online directory with lots o f banners and advertisements which are suppose to be before top search bar, sidebar(after widgets) and bottom of the content. Could someone please help me out with this?

    Add text widgets in the top sections of the Listings page, and add your banners to that.

    Thanks Guust! I also thought of this but the issue with this case is we can have a single ad(widget) displayed on every page. What if we want to display different ads/banners on each page?

    Add more text widgets? Add text widgets to different widget areas?
    Use ad plugin like Simple Ads manager (they have widgets that can rotate ads)?
    You have 4 to 6 widget areas on each page, and you can add as many widgets as you like, or add more than one ad in the one text widget.

    Just one last question, I am using a widget to display ads and banners on the side bars and for that i would need conditional tags for listing, category, tag and details page. Just like these below.
