    Can you use the Black Friday discount to extend a current subscription? I have a 4-month subscription that runs out on Jan 18th, 2019. Can I purchase a 12-month subscription to extend a current 4-month subscription using the Black Friday discount?

    Our subscriptions are not cumulative. Buying any of these subscriptions will not extend your current subscription. It will reset the clock.

    Accounting confirms no payment went through @patrick. If you think it did, please provide transaction ID or paypal email but open your own topic, because the author of this one can read your private messages.

    Yes that is what I see in the back end too and it means the payment was not completed or didn’t go through…

    Thanks for the prompt reply, Paolo.

    I have all the downloads available, but the expiration date at the top right corner tab still shows December 29th 2018, when it should say November 30th 2019.
