Hi,
I get a blank page on the directory location page. I’m not sure it’s because of a setting or because of a template conflict. I’m using the Fjord Yootheme Pro template. The website is under construction, but you can have a look at http://www.getdirections.asia/directories
March 12, 2017 at 10:19 am #366800Did you add any widgets to the GD Home sections?

Thank you,

They also asked me to edit the wp-config.php file and change WP_DEBUG from false to true.
I didn’t get any error messages while loading the page.I just wanted to give you the extra info in case it might help you.
Thank you,
TonyMarch 14, 2017 at 2:25 pm #367207Hi Tony,
Thanks for the info, i checked and things seems to work ok with standard themes, i then checked and the theme you are using seems to be its own page builder which seems to be incompatible with GD. Maybe if you can ask how to use a standard page template rather than the page builder but i don’t hold much hope.
Thanks,
Stiofan

March 14, 2017 at 3:53 pm #367245Hi,
I have been looking for a solution, but since I’m completely new to WordPress, I prefer to ask your opinion first and just to make sure that I understand this correctly:
how about setting up a multisite? so have the main website use the Yootheme template and the set up a subdomain (or subsite) for the listings and the events, something like listings.getdirections.asia, as it seems /i can then use one of your templates just for that part of the site. Do you have any experience with this?
Thank you,
TonyMarch 14, 2017 at 4:49 pm #367259Hi,
that’s definitely a good alternative solution. In a slightly different way we do the same here.
wpgeodirectory.com is a website wpgeodirectory.com/support is a subsite that we created to keep sales site and support site with forum separated.
We did it mainly to increase page loading speed and we use the same theme on both website, but the concept is identical.
Thanks
