Box saying "This is a widget ready area"

    Hello

    When I create a page, like the Contact page, on the right I get a box saying “This is a widget ready area”…

    I prefer to don’t have any widgets there, how can I get rid of the box and message?

    I also get lots of lines on the content section, I’m not sure why that happens.
