    Hi Guys,

not an urgent issue, but maybe something to look at in a future update.

This is the case: Of course we (and many other of your other customers I assume) want te be as high ranked as possible in Google. So I just googled a bit, and I clicked on a result that was presented: img1.png (last listing on the image)

After that I got confused: The breadcrumbs were ordered wrong: img2.png

The explanation for it seemed that if a user enters a pace (like in this example: aalsmeer), the breadcrumbs stay on aalsmeer.

This is confusing, and from a seo-perspective not optimal. I’ve been told that google adds value to a breadcrumbs, and if it’s not consistent, you get a “discount on your ranking”;-)

It would be logical to me that breadcrumbs are always related to the page that’s being viewed.

How do you think about this?

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

you should be doing your testing with an anonymous tab, cache cleared and all sessions cleared to see how it really works.

Please see image attached to see the result of my test taking your exact steps.

    Thank you

BTW, google doesn’t read sessions, so it will always see the correct breadcrumbs and location for any listings.

    Thanks

I think your right Paolo, thanks.

The thing is that google is not the issue, but our users are having this issue.

This issue keeps happening if someone enters his place. We keep getting users that don’t got this point. Because it also happens if you enter your location and think you stroll around the site any further.

But I know your opinion on that, so thanks. I think this is not solvable, appearantly…
