    1. Almost completed setting up v2. Suddenly realized can’t add categories form both frontend as well as backend. Categories show up in the listing detail page but when you click to that category no post is available.

    Also, there is no category shown in the backend CPT list. ( please see image ss)
    I am sure it was working until yesterday when I had only two categores. Now I have 30 approx categores.
    i have not made any code change.
    also tried disabling all other plugins than GD.

    2. I can’t add even existing tags from frontend submit page. But from backend I can. This problem I was noticing from the very beginning

    I’ve flagged your request for a developer. It seems like it’s not saving data in the db as it should and I can’t recreate this on my side.

    Hello,

    There is a bug with the radio or text input types for categories, i have fixed it and it will be in the next release, it might be best to use a different type till then.

    it seems related to yoast but i can’t recreate it in my localhost, do you know why its treating the tags as a category instead of tags (maybe there is a yoast settingi don’t know about)?

    No there is no such setting in yoast. And I can successfully add tags from backend. It’s only frontend issue
