Is there / can there be a way to bulk edit and link posts to other CPTs?

Once you have linked post types through settings, and added a sample listing, you can then export to see how the data looks in CSV format. Bulk edit can e done in the CSV. Export current listings, edit, then re-import.

Basic Bulk edit, which is the same or similar to quick edit, is now available again with GDV2.

I will flag your question for the developers who will provide an update if one is available.

The import/export would be the way to do this, we have no plans to add it to quick edit.
