We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    The Business Hours add-on is not working properly. For some companies that are open it says that they are closed. How can I resolve that issue?

    I am guessing your server time is not set to your local time or something like that.

    I was going to suggest what Guust said. Double check the time on your server and also the time-zone setting in WordPress.

    In WordPress, under Settings->General you can select your time zone. Also check what time your server really thinks it is. See the attached screenshot.

    The plugin uses the server time and a timezone offset from the location of the listing to calculate the open/closed status.

    All the time zones wordpress and my computer are set on UTC +1. And I still have the same issue.
