Is there an option to show the business hours in 12 hour format or only military format (24 hour) in the USA 24 hour format is not used very often at all and I think this will be very confusing.
also the Timezone has -5:00 … what is this and what do we need to do with it and how do we know what to set it as… I tried searching the forums but have a terrible time finding specifics in the forums…
p.s. are there any “searching” hits for the support forms… like if i want to search for a post that includes all three of the following words… business hours timezone, or the exact phrase “business hours” can + signs or ” ” marks be used in the search to help find answers… I find when I am looking for help I find sooooo much that doesn’t apply because one of my search words is in the post. thx
