"Business Owner" link stopped working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    For some reason the “Business Owner” links stopped working on my site. They had been working previously.
    When a user is not logged in, clicking “Business Owner” brings user to login page, however once logged-in the “Business Owner” becomes unresponsive.

    I’ve done some CSS work lately, but no major changes.
    Any idea what would cause this?
