Business Owner options

    Hi – We’ve searched through the forums and found quite a bit of information regarding reviews and ratings. Wondering if there is some central area where all those features are outlined? Saw references about how users can edit/delete reviews but mostly we’re interested in knowing what elements of reviews the Business Owner can control or edit? As with most others, we are informing Business Owner that they have quite a bit of control over their listing once it’s claimed but not sure where to find complete list of options they will have, including dealing with “reviews” from competitors or spam comments that may not be appropriate. Is only option to “respond” to those reviews or can they delete?
