Business Package Settings

    Hi,

    So we have created a test package, details below:

    1. Package Lifetime: 1 month
    2. Is recurring: Yes
    3. Limit: 0
    4. Free trial: 2 days
    5. downgrade to: expire

    Ok now: after 2 days we have recieved the payment automatically but the listing is set to “Expired” cant we have automatically published once payment has been recieved?

    Thanks for your post. Could you check and see if the payment went through without issues? Also, make sure that the “Paid Listing Status” is set to “Published” https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/pricing-manager/#settings

    Hi Kor,

    Yes the payment went thorugh. the listing status is “Pending”

    Also, make sure that the “Paid Listing Status” is set to “Published” where do it set this?
