button set on map don't work

hi
i’m testing the site before launch and when i try to add a place the button set on map don’t work and i can’t move and when i click on the button my location he don’t give me the right location on the map just know i’m using open street map and when i try to move the marker on the map it work for 1 time and after it don’t move.
and when i put adress he tell me adresse field is required
