Hey there, I helped build a WordPress Site for a client as a business and event directory using all the Geo Directory Plugins. We have started getting new members but so far all unpaid.
We have the forum and groups plugin also activated for members (although no activity yet)
My client has come up with a new business model and whats a full membership site where he can host hidden content, drip feed courses etc and other resources. Some of these members may be different than the directory members depending on their needs BUT will all be in the same niche (industry)
I think installing a membership plugin would be a conflict and also confusing or impossible with two logins. But at this stage he doesn’t want to have to manage two big websites.
Can somebody experienced please advise if its possible to create this type of membership site within an existing Geo Directory site or is this a completely different business model all together.
Other option I was thinking is having the backend login to a membership site hosted on another wordpress site just linked off the menu bar on the directory, but still really two websites at the end of the day.
I’d appreciate any other solutions.
