Can not add city to place address from backend

    I starting a new directory, I am working on a local server. Using the multi location plugin. I am trying to add some listings from the backend to setup the directory. I am having a bit of a problem adding the full address for a new listing. I add the street address, but in the in City field, it does not allow me to add a new city, it just shows a drop down of other cities that I have added.

    Please Help.
