    Hi everyone
    please excuse me as I am new! I have wordpress 4.5.2 & GD 1.6.2 running on directory starter theme. I have watched most of the GD Videos & still I can not add a listing from the front end, I sign up a new user, move to add listing page fill in details? which then shows the preview page “Hit Publish” then goes back to homepage? Then i go to the back end & there is no listing. Any ideas! my Url is heywood.waynesworldbizdirectory.com

    Can you post your WP admin details in a private reply so we can check your settings? Thanks.

    This is quite strange, the developers are looking into it right now.

    Thanks for your patience,

    Thanks for the info Wayne, your host does not enable sessions by default, i have had to add this to your wp-config.php file to enable them:

    // enable sessions
    session_save_path("4;/hermes/phpsessions");
    session_start();

    Should all be working now.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Further to my last message, we are also not able to modify existing listings via the front end…

    @virtualshropshire This users problem was specifically with iPage hosting, it looks like PHP sessions are not enabled on your server, can you ask your host to enable them?

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
