Can not add new text field

    Despite many attempts I can not add a new text field in the custom post type.

    I have added a few radio buttons, it worked fine. But text field add does not work at all.

    I have filled all the fields. I keep on clicking “Save” button but nothing happens.

    This is a very serious issue. This plugin is useless for me if I am not able to customize form fields according to my needs.
