Can not uninstall old GD themes

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello,

    I can not uninstall old GD themes Directory Starter 1.1.10 and Supreme Directory 1.2.1 from my WP Multisite Network Admin Dashboard (screenshot attached).

    Although the new versions are installed and present in the list of themes, the old versions can not be deleted. When I try to do it, the “deleting” label shows forever and after reloading the page after a while, both themes are still there.

    Try removing them via FTP.

    Make sure the themes are not active on any of your sub-sites.
    You can also just delete the themes using FTP from the /wp-content/themes folder.
