Hi,

I have several payment subscriptions set up on my test site and I’m not seeing the option to cancel a subscription in the back end (Invoices Tab). Would this be because I had these subscriptions set up before the plugin update?

Hi,

no that’s because subscription are cancelled via paypal. Only if Stripe was used, there would be a button to cancel the subscription (because stripe doesn’t allow to do it via their backend).

I am using the Stripe plugin and the subscriptions are set up and active in my Stripe Test mode.

Actually, I can cancel a subscription in Stripe – I just cancelled one of the test subscriptions and it allows you to choose either immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the current billing period.

Hi,

I’m sorry I did read correctly. You as an admin can only do that via paypal.com or stripe.com, not via the back end.
