Cancelling a recurring payment

    Hi

    I am having an issue cancelling a recurring payment from a user for a post via paypal in my directory at http://www.firewoodconnect.com.

    The user has asked that we cancel the monthly payment but I am having trouble. If I just delete the listing will the monthly payment be canceled? If I click the dropdown box in the invoice section and click “canceled” will the listing be downgraded automatically and the monthly payment canceled?

    Hi,

    the payment is cancelled from within your paypal account, not via GeoDirectory.
