Cannot Add Listing

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi our members are unable to add a place using ‘Add Listing’. Can you advise pls?

    From the menu they click Add Listing -> Places, enter their information, tick the I’m not a robot (successfully authenticated), tick to agree to T&C’s and then click to Review Your Listing.

    All goes well until they click Review Your Listing. They are not shown a preview of their listing, they are given the error message ‘ERROR: You have entered an incorrect CAPTCHA value. Click the BACK button on your browser, and try again.’

    The Re-Captcha site and secret key are set.

    Help!

    Hi Neshla,

    There might be a JS error or something, if you can provide wp-admin details i will have a look.

    Thank you for your reply, this can be closed.

    Additional text that couldn’t be seen was appended to one of the keys. Not sure how but all fixed now.
