Cannot add new places

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I am unable to publish any new places (businesses) to the site. The details are able to be submitted, however the page cannot be found once the form has been filled.

    That sounds very much like you deleted the “Preview Listing” page, or you did not connect it correctly at GD > Permalinks.
    Try running GD > GD Tools and click “GD pages check”.

    You had de-activated the category requirement. WordPress does not work unless every listing is at least in one category. I activated it for you, please check.

    Every listing must be in at least one category. Add a category to the listing and then check again.
