Cannot Determine Address-Sometimes

New customer and plugin user. Love it so far. Unsure where to ask for support, hopefully its here.

I am adding locations and at times I get the “cannot determine address” message. I have gone through and tried looking up the issue and no luck. I have multiLocations set up.
First I was using google maps, went through the api setup, no luck what so ever. Then switched to openstreetmap and got stuff to start working, but at times still get the message.
All addresses I am entering are real address, on google maps.

If I provide login can someone take a peek? I am hoping its an overlook on my part as im trying to use all this for the first time.
