    We want to disable the location field autocomplete dropdown. The suggestions often do not result in a resulting distance as they are Cities or Regions. So we want people to just type in their locations.

    I have “Enable Search Autocompleter” UN-checked.

    That is the setting for the “search for” field. If you you want to disable it for the “near” field, you find the setting in:

    GeoDirectory > Locations > Other

    Enable location search autocompleter? This will enable location autocomplete search on the location search bar.
