Cannot modify Claim Listening addon as the video shows

Hi guys. I installed the Claim Listening plugin but I can not modify it because the options shown by the video (walktrough video) do not appear.

Thanks for your post. Sorry, I’m not getting this. Do you mean clicking on the “Save Settings” button is not working? Or could you elaborate a little bit more?
