running on a multisite setup: I got this error on activating the plugin

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare geodir_get_commentoverall() (previously declared in /home/marti129/public_html/rankea.com/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/comments_functions.php:709) in /home/marti129/public_html/rankea.com/wp-content/plugins/geodir_review_rating_manager/includes/general-functions.php on line 357
