cannot signup new users

    it seems like suddently my http://www.intouch.green cannot take new user signup. We have a roadshow tomorrow and really need to figure out what is wrong.

    when we go to the https://www.intouch.green/connexion/ page and try to signup, it often says “Erreur: Ce nom d’utilisateur est invalide, veuillez en choisir un autre.”
    or just reloads the page.

    we would be REALLY grateful if you can look it up asap ill send the connection details and sftp in next post.

    There is nothing to fix really.
    People can only register once, and then need to login; you cannot register twice with the same email address or username.

    I noticed that login from the frontend is only possible with email address and not username, that is most likely because all your plugins need updating too, you really should do that to make sure any bugs are fixed.
