Cannot update

    I have a full current License but cannot update the Social Importer plugin.

    It is Multisite WP, and have updated each of the 3 sub-sites with the latest License Key, but fails to update the network main site.

    Hello,

    It looks like you have it setup correctly, in that WP Easy Updates is network active. You only need to install licenses on one of the multisite subsites. Multisite has only one copy of the plugin to update.

    Resolved. The Plugin had to be Network Activated.
