Cannot upgrade because of license keys.

    I cannot upgrade because I get errors in the license key but I cannot reset the license keys. I click on ‘deactivate license’ and it gives me an error. The license number disappears and it still says ‘deactivate license’. Put in a new number and it gives me an error.

    Am I going to have to completely remove and reinstall G1 to upgrade to G2? How long does this reconfiguration take?

    Thanks for your post. We’ll check your license key and in the meantime, could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check on the error?

    Please check your account on this site to see if your license keys have a changed. Also make sure WP Easy Updates is the latest version.

    If you can clear out the key, then you should be able to try this:

    1. Visit the plugins page and deactivate a license
    2. Refresh the page
    3. Copy the license from your account here and paste into the license field.
