Cannot upload user avatar or banner photo from admin portal

Hi,

We’re having trouble changing the user avatar and banner images from the admin portal (Users page) – whenever we try to click them for any user, we are redirected to the top of the page (see screenshot attached).

Any ideas why?

The supported method for adding images is through the frontend.
