Hello, I’m getting an unusual issue:

In the source of our pages, I see that the feed link and even the canonical link are not correct. I get:

    <link rel=”alternate” type=”application/rss+xml” title=”Camfil Air Filters Online » Places Feed” href=”https://catalog.camfil.us/all-locationsunited-states/feed/” />

The canoical link is the same. This is the same for all pages, even region/city pages.

    The link should be https://catalog.camfil.us/all-locations/united-states/feed/.

all-locations is my URL slug set in the permalinks section.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I visited this page:
    https://catalog.camfil.us/all-locations/united-states/virginia/richmond/
and the feed URL is correct.

I don’t see the canonical URL, which makes me believe SEO ultimate is removing it.

We suggest to use Yoast SEO with GD, it is the only SEO plugin we test after every update and guarantee to be compatible.

    Thanks

I visited the same URL, and in the view source, I see the attache image. Are you sure you see the correct Feed URL? There is not a ‘/’ between the all-locations and the country.

    I’m attaching image.

Also Yoast SEO was giving more problems and read threads about incompatibilities. Especially the Titles were are bad with Yoast SEO.

    Hi,

yes you are right, there is a missing slash.

If you provide admin credentials in a private reply, we’ll have a look.

SEO Yoast is the only SEO plugin that is 100% compatible, thread you read are probably old.

As far as titles goes, there are no incompatibility between Yoast and GD.

    Thanks
